Villa Valmarc is a very private villa built as 2 free-standing pavilions. The main villa has a great room, dining room, entertainment area, as well as a custom kitchen including an island. The living space is flanked by 2 bedrooms, each with their own walk-in closet. All rooms open to a covered patio, ideal for outdoor dining and some shaded space for relaxing. The villa offers many amenities to complete your perfect vacation, some of which include Satellite TV, a VCR, DVD player, CD/radio, an assortment of games and videos, and a collection of books for your reading pleasure. Wi-Fi is available in some spots in Mahoe Bay. There are 2 barbecue grills: one gas and one charcoal. Beach chairs and coolers are also provided and guests may use the Mahoe Bay Tennis Court. This luxury villa is a short 2 minute stroll to the pristine beach of Mahoe Bay, with its spectacular coral reef. The villa is surrounded by lush flower gardens and has an extensive variety of fruit trees, including mango, papaya, banana, lemon, lime, orange and star fruit.

• SPECIAL "RAIN GUARANTEE”: Should a guest renting Villa Valmarc experience two or more FULL DAYS OF RAIN during their rental, and IF Valmarc is open and available (with no incoming guests arriving for the two days following the first party's rental), the guests who have endured the bad weather may stay on at Villa Valmarc for two additional days, with no additional rent due. However, the guests must pay for maid service during their two rain check days (i.e., the 12% Cleaning Fee will be in effect, based on that weeks' rent, pro rated)
